StatysisTerms of Use
These terms apply to the Statysis app and its website ("Statysis", "we", "us"), operated by an individual developer based in Minnesota, USA (the "Statysis developer"). By using Statysis you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Your licence to use the app itself is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; these terms add the rules for our service.
1. Information only
Statysis shows sports statistics, sportsbook lines and estimates for fantasy football. It is for information and entertainment only. It is not betting, gambling, financial or professional advice, and it does not predict or guarantee any result. Projected points are converted from sportsbook lines or third-party projections. Matchup ratings describe what defenses have allowed so far. Start Confidence combines estimated points, recent role, matchup information and the scoring environment using weights that have not been validated; it does not guarantee performance. Statysis does not take bets or run contests. You are solely responsible for your own fantasy, betting and other decisions and for following the laws where you live.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Statysis.
3. Data accuracy
Stats, odds, injury reports, depth charts and scores come from third-party providers and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We do not guarantee that any information is accurate, complete or up to date.
4. No affiliation
Statysis is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by the NFL, the NBA, any team, player, sportsbook or fantasy sports operator. Team names and abbreviations are used only to identify them.
5. Premium and payments
- Some features (such as full player cards, Compare and Sort by Start Confidence) need Premium.
- Plans are sold per sport (for example NFL and NBA) and unlock that sport's Premium features. The price, length and features of each plan are shown before you buy.
- Monthly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Eligible customers may receive a free trial, as shown on the purchase screen; Apple decides eligibility. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and the subscription renews each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
- Season passes are one-time purchases that do not renew. Each gives that sport's Premium until the end date shown before you buy, then ends. The NFL 2026 Season Pass gives NFL Premium until 11:59 pm US Eastern Time on January 11, 2027 (after Week 18 of the 2026 NFL season). It does not include the playoffs or the Super Bowl.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Features and covered data may change over time. If we permanently discontinue a major Premium feature, we will say so in the app at least 30 days ahead. Monthly subscribers can cancel at any time; season pass holders affected by such a change can request a refund from Apple, and we will support the request.
6. Acceptable use
Do not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the app's data; do not reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the app or its server; and do not use it for anything unlawful.
7. Ownership
The app, its design and its analysis are ours. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and Apple's Usage Rules.
8. Disclaimers
Statysis is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any losses from fantasy, betting or other decisions made using the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Statysis in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no duty to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims about the app (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims). If the app fails to meet a warranty that applies by law, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price if applicable; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
11. Ending use
You can stop using Statysis at any time. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
12. Changes and law
We may update these terms; we will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
